A year-long curriculum for English learners was developed for first and second-year students studying at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences (FIN) in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.  FIN is an academic institution connected to the University of Sarajevo that prepares students to become religious leaders or pedagogical teachers of Islam.   It offers a Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral program.  The curriculum was for two semesters and included writing and speaking assignments as well as a live discussion over Skype with students in Sarajevo and students in St. Louis.
